Return & Exchange Policy
At our store, all products are specially customized and handcrafted using MDF, acrylic, and other materials. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we follow a strict return and exchange policy.
1. No Return on Customized Products
All customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed and processed.
2. Exchange for Damaged or Broken Items Only
We offer exchange only if the product is received in a damaged or broken condition.
3. Proof Required
To request an exchange, customers must provide:
Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
Photos showing the damage
4. Time Limit for Claims
Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
5. Exchange Process
Once the issue is verified:
A replacement product will be processed
No refunds will be issued
6. No Exchange in These Cases
We do not accept exchanges for:
Minor color or design variations
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Change of mind after delivery
